What it actually does
Precise, physician-placed neurotoxin relaxes the smooth muscle responsible for that constant, involuntary pulling-in. The practical result most patients describe: a fuller, more relaxed resting appearance and far less dramatic retraction in cold or stress. The effect develops over one to two weeks and typically lasts several months.
What it does not do — and be suspicious of anyone who implies otherwise: it does not add permanent size, does not change erect dimensions in any meaningful way, and is not a treatment for erectile dysfunction. It changes your resting state, which for the right man is precisely the thing he wanted changed.
Is this legitimate medicine?
The use of neurotoxin in this anatomy is off-label — the same molecule trusted across medicine for decades, applied by physician judgment to an area the label doesn't list. Off-label practice is common and legal in medicine, but it raises the stakes on who performs it. The honest candidate profile

You're likely not a fit if your real concern is erect size (look at girth enhancement), function (look at PRP therapy and hormonal evaluation), or if you're expecting a transformation rather than a refinement.
