A meaningful share of our patients don't live in New Jersey or New York. They fly in — some because their city has no physician-led option they trust, many because the last place they want to be treated is their own city. Distance, it turns out, is its own kind of privacy.
Why men travel for this
Three reasons come up again and again. Physician scarcity: most male-enhancement providers nationally are injector-driven med-spas; practices where a board-certified physician personally performs every procedure are rare. The hometown problem: in smaller communities — and tight-knit ones, including gay communities where everyone knows everyone — being seen walking into a clinic is the exposure men most want to avoid. And revision: men correcting work done elsewhere often specifically want distance from wherever "elsewhere" was.
The logistics, honestly
Warren, New Jersey sits about 25 minutes from Newark Liberty (EWR) — one of the best-connected airports in the country, with direct flights from most major U.S. cities and international hubs. Manhattan consultations are also available for men routing through the city.
What a typical fly-in looks like: a private phone consultation before you ever book travel — so you arrive already knowing your plan and your quote. Arrival day, treatment the following morning, a follow-up check, and departure. For qualifying treatment plans, hotel coordination and EWR transfer are arranged by us; you land, and the rest is handled.
Timelines by treatment
HA girth enhancement: single visit; most men fly home the next day. Penile or scrotal neurotoxin: same-day treatment; next-day departure is comfortable. PMMA girth enhancement: staged across multiple sessions, typically weeks apart. Most traveling patients plan two to three short trips; we compress what can safely be compressed and never compress what cannot. PRP therapy: single visit, minimal downtime. Hormone and peptide programs: an in-person evaluation to start, with ongoing management designed for remote follow-up. Revision work varies most, since dissolution and correction may need staging; we map the full itinerary before you book anything.
Aftercare continues after you land: direct follow-up access, scheduled check-ins, and coordination handled with the same discretion as the visit itself.
The privacy architecture
Appointments scheduled so patients don't overlap in the lounge. Plain scheduling communications. Records protected as medical records are. No photography leaves the building — results are reviewed privately in consultation, never posted. Whether you're flying in from Dallas, Toronto, or fifteen minutes away, the discretion is identical; distance just adds a layer.
Start before you book anything
The private consultation happens by phone first — goals, candidacy, honest expectations, full pricing. If the plan makes sense, we build the itinerary. If it doesn't, you've spent a phone call, not a flight.
Every treatment at Alyne is performed personally by Dr. Gurdarshan Sandhu, MD. This article is educational and is not medical advice; candidacy and treatment plans are determined in consultation.
