Filler correction & revision

Filler correction & revision — discreet restoration for previous work that didn't go to plan. Dissolving, smoothing, and rebuilding, done right by Dr. Gurdarshan Sandhu, MD.

Lumps, unevenness, migration — these are technique problems. And technique problems are fixable.

Revision begins with an honest map: what's there, what can be dissolved, and what a corrected result actually looks like.

Restoration, made for men

The science of correction

HA-based irregularities can typically be dissolved with hyaluronidase, then rebuilt correctly after tissue settles. Non-HA products require a different, more conservative strategy — staged smoothing, camouflage, or a specialist referral when that's the honest answer. Every revision starts with mapping what was placed, where, and how your tissue responded.

Two paths to a corrected result

Dissolve & rebuild

For HA work that needs a full reset before doing it right.

Correct & conceal

Staged smoothing for products that can't be dissolved.

Assessment first

Revision always begins with an in-person mapping visit — what's there, what's possible, and a staged plan with honest timelines.

Was it done elsewhere?

Most of our revision patients were treated somewhere else — and every one of them is met without judgment. What matters now is an accurate map and a realistic plan, not how you got here.

Helpful questions

Frequently asked questions

Can all filler be dissolved?

HA filler dissolves reliably with hyaluronidase. Silicone and other non-HA products cannot be dissolved — those cases get a staged correction strategy or an honest referral.

Will Dr. Sandhu treat work done elsewhere?

Yes — most revision patients come from other providers. The assessment is judgment-free and starts with mapping, not blame.

How soon can I rebuild after dissolving?

Tissue typically settles over several weeks before rebuilding — exact timing is set case by case.

Does dissolving hurt?

Local numbing keeps it comfortable. Expect temporary swelling as the enzyme works.

What does revision cost?

Every case is different — pricing is mapped at your assessment, with the $250 fee fully credited toward your plan.
